Liberia: Armfa General Assembly Opens in Monrovia With 35 Countries Participating

[Liberian Observer] Liberia on Monday achieved a historic milestone as it formally opened the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) General Assembly in Monrovia, bringing together road fund leaders, ministers, development partners, and more than 400 delegates from 35 African countries. It is the first time in Liberia's history that the nation is hosting the continent's largest gathering on road financing and maintenance governance.
