East Africa: Uganda Needs Shs320tn to Finance Climate Commitments

[Nile Post] Uganda needs $78.1 billion (about Shs320.6 trillion) over the next eight years to implement its climate commitments, with 85% of the required financing expected to come from external sources, the Ministry of Water and Environment has said.
