Liberia: Road Fund Reports U.S.$203m in Active Contracts

[Liberian Observer] The National Road Fund of Liberia (NRF) has disclosed that it currently has about 130 valid contracts valued at more than US$203 million, with US$121 million already disbursed and approximately US$81 million remaining in outstanding contractual commitments.
