Indian envoy to Shanghai discusses New Delhi

Beijing: India’s Consul General Pratik Mathur has visited the Shanghai Institute of International Studies (SIIS) and held comprehensive talks on a wide range of issues, including strengthening New Delhi-Beijing ties.
