Kenya: Kabogo Appoints Johana Ng’eno’s Widow to ICT Authority Board

[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Information, Communications and the Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo has appointed Naiyanoi Ntutu Ng'eno, the widow of the late Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng'eno, to the board of the Information and Communication Technology Authority (ICTA).
