[Vanguard] LAGOS -- The oil and gas industry was, yesterday, thrown into confusion as the chief executives of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, NUPRC, Engr. Gbenga Komolafe and his downstream counterpart at the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, NMDPRA, Engr. Farouk Ahmed resigned from their offices.
