Nigeria: Savannah Energy to Acquire Norfund’s Stake in Klinchenberg Bv for $65.4m

[Leadership] Savannah Energy Plc has said, its wholly owned subsidiary, Savannah Energy EA Limited has signed a share purchase agreement with Norfund, the Norwegian investment fund for developing countries, to acquire its current 50.1 per cent interest in Klinchenberg BV for a total consideration of up to $65.4 million.
