Ethiopia: Ethiopian Railways, Italian Firm Sign Rail Partnership to Modernize Infrastructure

[ENA] Addis Ababa -- The Ethiopian Railways Corporation (ERC) and COIPA Italia S.p.A. have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to strengthen their collaboration on railway infrastructure development.
