Liberia: ‘Do Not Renew AML’s MDA Until…’

[Liberian Observer] Rhode Island State Representative Nathan W. Biah (District #3, USA) has issued a strong appeal to the Government of Liberia, urging it not to renew ArcelorMittal Liberia's (AML) Mineral Development Agreement (MDA) until the company fulfills all of its obligations outlined in the current amended agreement signed in 2007.
