Nigeria: Discos Bill Nigerians N496.14bn in Two Months, Record 25% Collection Deficit

[This Day] Abuja -- The electricity Distribution Companies (Discos) operating in Nigeria sent a bill worth N496.14 billion of total power consumed to Nigerians in January and February this year, but were only able to recover N370.43 billion, representing 75 per cent of the total amount invoiced.
