[New Times] The government is set to implement a five-year agriculture strategic plan expected to need an estimated Rwf6.988 trillion (or approx. $5.4 billion) to achieve the set targets to increase sector growth, address malnutrition, and double the country's agricultural export revenues, among other outcomes, it has emerged.
