Namibia: Foreigners Implicated in Illegal Lead Mining Ring

[Namibian] A report by three officials from the Ministry of Mines and Energy says Chinese nationals working with locals in the Kunene region are conducting illegal lead mining exploration in villages in the Epupa constituency.
