Uganda: Muntu Blames ‘Selfish Interests’ for Low Cane Prices in Busoga

[Nile Post] | The President of the Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) party, Major-General Mugisha Muntu, has attributed the fluctuations in the prices of sugarcane to absence of quality control methods which keeps on drawing the crop growers and processors in dilemma, especially in the Busoga sub-region.
