Rwanda: Central Bank Governor Speaks Out on Dollar Scarcity, De-Dollarisation Talk

[New Times] There is no complete lack of the US dollar in Rwanda, but limited availability of the currency has put pressure on the exchange market, while de-dollarisation, or reducing reliance on the dollar for international transactions, is still far from reality, the Governor of the National Bank of Rwanda, John Rwangombwa, has said.
