West Africa: ECOWAS Moves to Implement Lagos-Abidjan Highway Project

[Daily Trust] The Commission of the Economic Community of West African States has hinted that the 1028-km Abidjan-Lagos highway project will begin in January 2024 starting with procurement for the main construction and the actual construction work.
