Nigeria: Federal Govt, World Bank Launch $750m Business Reforms Fund for States

[Leadership] The federal government in collaboration with the World Bank has come up with another fiscal reform programme called "State Action on Business Enabling Reforms (SABER)" which will effectively run from the year 2023 to 2025. The programme is designed to entrench transparency in public finance management.
