[Daily News] Dodoma -- DODOMA: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has ordered all Regional Commissioners (RCs) to ensure that they establish economic empowerment centres in all regions and district councils as directed by the ruling party CCM manifesto before the 2025 deadline.
