Liberia: Central Bank of Liberia Retains 15 Percent Monetary Policy Rate

[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), proxied by the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL), during its first quarterly meeting of 2023 held on 16 February 2023, retained the monetary policy rate (MPR) at 15% and upheld the Liberian dollar and US dollar reserve requirement ratios at 25% and 10%, respectively.
