Navy delivers certificates to military members

Luanda - Angolan Navy (MGA) handed over Friday in Luanda certificates to a total of 83 soldiers, including officers, sergeants and soldiers, after having completed three-year compulsory military service.

 
During the solemn act, the deputy commander of the MGA for Patriotic Education, Vice-Admiral Luando Filipe "Viper", said the fulfilment of military service is a fact of great patriotic importance by the citizens, and is also a great honour and dignity.

 
In this context, those who benefited from the certificates return to civilian life, after having fulfilled the compulsory military service.

 
“The Navy, Angolan Armed Forces and the motherland are grateful for your contribution toward the efforts of defence of the nation and your example can encourage those in military age,  said the high ranking officer.
